  • A block booking of 10 1-1 sessions discounts the cost from £30 to £24; effectively you would pay for 8 sessions and receive 2 free.
  • Half hour sessions are also available at £15.
  • Sports specific massage relating to injury prevention and flexibility development is offered and discounted from £30 to £20 per 40 minute session when participating in the block booking scheme.
