EMS Training

EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) Training is an innovative fitness approach that uses a special suit with electrodes to send electrical impulses to your muscles, causing them to contract more intensely. This method works all major muscle groups simultaneously activating up to 90% of muscle fibres making it very time-efficient with each session lasting around 20 minutes. EMS is used to improve muscle tone, increase physical strength, reduce body fat and improve functional capacity – it’s also a low impact joint-friendly option for those who struggle to perform a traditional workout. We offer a comprehensive EMS training experience that combines advanced technology with expert coaching to achieve exceptional results.

Imagine you’re doing an exercise in the gym. With each repetition, you contract your muscles once. Now imagine doing that same exercise attached to one of our EMS devices, you’d contract that same muscle group up to 85 times per second. That’s the power of EMS – It’s incredibly efficient and effective.

Each session lasts around 20 minutes and is completely customized around the individual. You’ll wear a special functional base layer designed to improve the effectiveness of the EMS pulses, plus an EMS bodysuit comprising a fabric vest-belt system to provide a full body workout. Each session is directed by a qualified EMS trainer who will guide you through exercises like squats and lunges – movements that you may already be familiar with. At the same time, they’ll adjust the EMS current to ensure your muscles get the right stimulation for your fitness level.

EMS training is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Sessions are private – designed for just 1 or 2 persons with a personal trainer and take place in one of our purpose-built studios. Ever studio features a state-of-the-art full body health scanner enabling clients to track their progress and stay motivated.

Women’s Fitness, Health & Beauty

EMS training is an effective tool for women to shape and define their natural curves targeting area like glutes, waist and thighs, to tone lift and re-shape your figure. Whether you are looking to reduce the appearance of cellulite, lift your glutes, or slim your waistline – EMS training activates deep muscles fibres throughout the body, helping achieve a leaner, firmer silhouette without adding unwanted bulk. The targeted approach refines muscle tone while increasing fat metabolism, making it a smart choice for physique-conscious women aiming for strength and shape in a short, manageable weekly session.

Over 50’s

EMS training is highly effective and safe for people over 50, offering a joint-friendly way to build muscle, improve bone density, enhance balance, and reduce back pain without heavy weights, by activating up to 90% of muscle fibres in short, time-efficient sessions, making it perfect for combating age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia) and improving overall fitness.

Busy Professionals

Let’s face it – we’re all busy. Between work, family, social media and the occasional Netflix binge, finding time for exercise can feel impossible. But what if we told you that one 20-minute workout once per week could deliver the same results as two one-hour gym sessions. The answer is EMS, or Electrical Muscle Stimulation. This innovative fitness technology uses electrical impulses to activate your muscles providing a more efficient workout than traditional exercise. EMS training can promote weight loss, burn fat, reduce the appearance of cellulite, increase lean muscle, increase strength and improve overall fitness – all tailored to an individual’s specific goals.

Sports Performance

EMS training is considered as an excellent tool for sports performance enhancing strength, explosive power and endurance by activating more muscle fibres. It is often used by used professional athletes as a supplementary tool and reduces muscle imbalances without heavy joint loading to improve overall biomechanical fitness and the proactive prevention of injuries. It is particularly good for sports performance as it activates up to 90% of muscle fibres, far surpassing the 50-60% typically engaged in traditional workouts. It also contracts the muscles 85 times per second, whereas a rep in a traditional workout involves a single cycle of muscle contraction and extension, and activates more muscle fibres (including fast twitch) that traditional training.

Fitness Enthusiasts

Are you bored of the same repetitive workouts, have you experienced a workout plateau, are you struggling to find time to spend 3-4 hours a week in a gym, would you like to work out in a private studio, would you like to do a workout that is tailored to your goals and health requirements, or would you just like to try something new and exciting. EMS Training is an innovative fitness approach that uses a special suit with electrodes to send electrical impulses to your muscles, causing them to contract more intensely. This method works all major muscle groups simultaneously activating up to 90% of muscle fibres, and contracting them around 85 times per second, offering a time efficient full body workout that improves muscle tone, increases physical strength, improves endurance, reduces body fat and improves functional capacity.

Limited Mobility

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) Training is considered an effective workout for individuals with limited mobility or those in a wheelchair. As EMS induces muscle contractions using electrical impulses it means you can build strength without putting stress or mechanical load on injured joints, ligaments or tendons. A significant advantage of EMS is that it can provide muscle activation without voluntary movement helping to prevent muscle atrophy.

Injury & Rehabilitation

EMS Training offers a range of benefits for individuals undergoing injury rehabilitation by reducing pain, preventing muscle atrophy during rehabilitation, improving blood flow, accelerating healing and restoring muscle strength/control without joint strain. As this technology continues to evolve, it is likely to become an integral part of modern physical therapy and sports medicine.

Biohacking

EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) Training is considered a powerful biohacking tool for optimizing fitness due to its time efficiency, deep muscle activation, enhanced recovery, and ability to deliver significant results in short sessions. Fitting perfectly with biohacking's goal of maximizing health and performance with minimal time investment, it uses electrical impulses to trigger intense muscle contractions, boosting strength, toning, metabolism, and even cognitive function, all while protecting joints.
